Sage Accounts V22 – IM003 Error when running reports

This issue has been known to Sage since March but as they have been unable to replicate it at their end they have had difficulty troubleshooting, but it is a priority issue for them. As none of the steps that we have followed seem to resolve the issue, Sage have suggested the following workaround:

 

  • Go to the report that you want to run and right-click on it, then click Edit
    (if this option is greyed out then their access rights within Sage need to be amended via the Manager account):

  • This will open the Sage Report Designer, click on the preview button at the bottom:

  • Set your report criteria and click OK:

The report will then generate and can be printed/exported etc
