Hello, I'm looking to buy a site that converts youtube videos and others to MP3 - It has close to 1M visits a month, more than 3 million page views a month and an Alexa of around 25,000 and so I wanted to know what would be the best way to monetize all that traffic and page views?
Realistically how much money can you make with 3 million page views and what should I do to maximize the revenue?
Also, should I be concerned if 50% of traffic is direct (40% is SE's, 10% referrals)? If yes, please explain why!

I can't say how much money you can make on it. But you can put AdSense on it or promote affiliate offers such as ringtones.

With that kind of traffic, anything is going to make money. Adsense is the least intrusive. Try that and then slowly add affiliates.
